AI Automation for Forward-Thinking Businesses

We build custom workflows that reply to every enquiry the moment it lands, qualify it, send a real booking link and file the lead in your CRM — so nothing that reaches you waits in an inbox. Then we write the documentation that lets your team run it without us.

What we do

Two pillars. One standard.

It has to work when someone else runs it. Most automation projects fail quietly — the demo works and production doesn't — so we build for the part that comes after the demo: the handover, the documentation, and the failure that happens at 2am.

01

Custom AI Workflows

A lead that waits is a lead that bought somewhere else. We build the workflow that catches it — reply, qualification, booking and CRM record, without a human in the loop until the moment a human should be.

  • Speed-to-lead: instant reply, qualifying questions, booking link
  • CRM automation — every enquiry filed, tagged and assigned
  • Follow-up sequences that stop the moment a person replies
  • Local model stacks where client data cannot leave the building
02

Technical Writing

Documentation is the difference between a tool people adopt and a tool they abandon. We write the docs, tutorials and case studies your product is judged by — tested against a real terminal, not imagined in a brief.

  • Product documentation and quickstart guides
  • Developer tool tutorials that ship with the code they describe
  • Case studies with reproduced output and real numbers
  • API references, migration guides and release notes
How it runs

From first call to handover.

01 — Diagnose One call, then a written read We map where enquiries actually die in your funnel. You get it in writing, whether or not you hire us.
02 — Build It goes behind your real forms Working on your own traffic before we call it done — not a slide with an arrow on it.
03 — Hand over The system, its docs, its runbook What it does, how to change it, and what to do when it breaks. You own it outright.
Proof of work

Built here. Written up in public.

Every claim on this page has a working artefact behind it: the agent stacks and lead workflows we build, and the published technical writing that documents them. Everything below can be checked rather than taken on trust.

AGENT STACKS

Custom AI agent stacks

Documented build by build in the samples below: a local model runtime, a validation gate in front of every tool call it makes, and a review step before anything irreversible can run.

  • Local runtimes benchmarked in public — Qwen 4B measured against DeepSeek
  • Every tool call validated against a JSON schema before it executes
  • Runs on your own hardware, so client data never leaves the building
WORKFLOWS

AI automation in production

The same stack pointed at the commercial problem: the enquiry that lands at 11pm and still gets an answer, a qualification and a calendar slot before anyone opens their inbox in the morning.

  • Speed-to-lead capture — instant reply, qualifying questions, booking link
  • CRM records filed, tagged and assigned on arrival
  • Follow-up that stops the moment a person replies

About

Five years of engineering, then the automation layer on top.

I'm Dany Chausse. I spent five years building and maintaining technical systems where you find out whether the work was correct by testing it, not by looking at it.

That work trains one specific habit: you don't call a system working because it looks right. You test it, you record the result, and you put your name on it. It's also why I care about the boring half of automation — the runbook, the failure path, the handover document nobody reads until the day they desperately need it.

In practice: I build local AI agent stacks on models I run myself, so a client's data never has to leave the building to get the benefit. And I write technical documentation that ships with the code it describes and the terminal output it actually captured.

Tell me what is breaking.

One call, no pitch deck. Bring the funnel that leaks or the documentation nobody can follow, and I'll tell you plainly whether it is worth building.
